Rent Genie makes it easy for agents and property owners to showcase their properties to potential tenants. By creating standardized listings with property details, photos, videos, and rental terms, you can ensure renters find accurate and appealing information. A well-prepared listing increases visibility and helps attract the right customers quickly.


Creating a new listing

  1. Log in to your Rent Genie Agent Dashboard.
  2. Click on Add New Property.
  3. Enter the required details such as:
    • Property location

    • Price and rental terms

    • Number of rooms and amenities

    • Description of the property

  4. Upload high-quality photos and videos to make your listing more attractive.

  5. Review all details carefully and click Publish to make your listing live.


Listings with clear photos, complete descriptions, and competitive pricing receive more inquiries.


Managing Your Listings

  1. Go to your Dashboard and select My Properties.

  2. Click on any property to edit details, update pricing, or replace photos/videos.

  3. If a property is rented out, mark it as “Rented” or remove it from active listings.

  4. Monitor customer inquiries directly from the dashboard and respond promptly to increase your chances of closing deals.

  5. Delete or update duplicate/incorrect listings to maintain professionalism and accuracy.
